We process orders in two parts: order verification, customization, quality check, and packaging, which takes 3-5 business days to send for engraving. Shipping time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Typically, items arrive within 3-10 business days after leaving our warehouse, but shipping duration may vary depending on the carrier and shipping method chosen during checkout.
